Symbiotiq is the data controller responsible for the personal data collected through MediCita and the contact form at symbiotiq.com.mx.

Through the appointment form

First and last name, phone number, email address (optional), specialty of interest, date and time, type of consultation, notes (optional), health insurance information (optional).

Through the admin dashboard

The data above, plus medical data entered by clinical staff, appointment history, clinical documents, and internal notes.

Through the contact / demo form

Name, email address or phone number, message.

• Schedule and manage medical appointments.
• Send confirmations and reminders by email.
• Send post-consultation satisfaction surveys.
• Generate clinical documents.
• Respond to requests for information about MediCita.

Symbiotiq does not sell or share data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is processed by the following providers under confidentiality agreements:

• Vercel Inc. — system hosting (U.S.)
• Anthropic PBC — AI processing (U.S.)
• EmailJS — email delivery (U.S.)

Appointment and record data: for the life of the contract and 30 days after its cancellation. Contact/demo data: up to 12 months. Once that period elapses, the data is permanently deleted.

Data subjects have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Object (ARCO rights) under Mexico's Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP). To exercise them:

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

The site uses the browser's localStorage to remember interface preferences. That information stays on your device and is never transmitted to third parties.

Analytics. We use an analytics tool to see which pages are visited and where traffic comes from. It's configured with advertising and personalization cookies disabled, and with IP addresses anonymized: we don't build advertising profiles or track you across other sites. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" signal, analytics doesn't load.

Advertising. We use the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) pixel to measure and optimize our ad campaigns, and to show you relevant Symbiotiq ads if you've already visited the site (remarketing). This tool does use advertising cookies. You can manage the Meta ads you see from your account's ad settings. Just like analytics, it doesn't load if your browser sends the "Do Not Track" signal.

• Encrypted communications via HTTPS/TLS.
• Access restricted through credentials.
• Infrastructure hosted on Vercel (SOC 2).

The system is not directed at minors under 18. If a minor needs to schedule an appointment, it must be done through their legal guardian.
