Custom software, built with AI at every stage.
What your business needs and doesn't exist yet. Sites, applications, chatbots, and automations designed around how you work today — not the other way around. Using AI to build it is what lets us deliver in weeks what used to take months.
Everything we do in Software
From a landing page that converts to the internal system your operation depends on. If it can be described, it can be built.
Websites and landing pages
Fast, measurable, and built to convert. With technical SEO from day one, because adding it later always costs more than doing it right from the start. Tell us about your website →
Web apps
Systems that run in the browser: admin panels, client portals, catalogs, internal tools. With users, permissions, and data that actually holds up as you grow.
Mobile apps
iOS and Android apps when they're truly needed. A well-built web app often solves the same problem for half the cost — and we'll tell you before charging you for an app.
Chatbots and AI agents
Support on WhatsApp and on your site that understands how people actually write, answers with your information, and escalates to a person when it should. With the official Meta API, not workarounds.
Process automation
We connect the tools you already use so the repetitive stuff happens on its own: quotes, follow-ups, invoice capture, reports. What someone does by hand every week today.
Integrations and internal tools
So your CRM talks to your billing system, and your inventory talks to your store. Almost no business needs another system: it needs the ones it has to stop being isolated.
Try it yourself: a working WhatsApp bot
Pick a business and write to it the way you'd write to any shop. This isn't a video or a screenshot — it's the same kind of bot we build, answering right now.
How we work
Partial deliveries every two weeks. You'll never wait three months to see something for the first time.
Discovery
We sit down to see how the process works today, with whoever does it every day. From that comes the written scope, with what's in — and, more important, what's not.
Prototype
Before coding the heavy logic, we build something you can touch. Changing your mind at this stage is free; changing it at the next one isn't.
Build
Development in blocks with deliveries every two weeks. You see real progress, not progress reports.
Launch and support
Go-live, training for your team, and a warranty period. After that, maintenance is optional and it's your call whether you keep it with us or not.
Is this for you?
We'd rather say it before charging you: not every business is ready for this, and forcing it gets expensive for both of us.
It's a good fit if…
- You have a clear process that's still done by hand today and eats hours every week.
- The tools you use don't talk to each other and someone's copying data from one to another.
- You want a system built around your operation, not adapting to generic software.
- You can spare a few hours a week to review progress and answer questions.
Not yet, if…
- The process still changes every week. Automating something unstable means paying twice.
- Nobody on your side will be able to answer questions during the project.
- What you need already exists as a product and costs a fraction. We'll tell you if that's the case.
- You're looking for the lowest price. We don't compete there, and it's more expensive in the long run.
How we charge
Frequently asked questions
How much does a WhatsApp chatbot cost?
Between MXN $15,000 and $45,000 to build a bot that answers frequent questions without connecting to other systems, plus $1,000 to $3,500 a month to run it. If it also qualifies leads, books appointments and talks to your CRM, the range goes from $45,000 to $120,000, with $3,000 to $9,000 monthly.
What moves the price is not the bot, it is the integrations. One that only answers takes two or three weeks; one that has to read your live inventory and write into your booking system is a software project. Full ranges by project type are in this article.
How much does a website cost in Mexico?
A landing page runs MXN $12,000 to $40,000; a five to ten section corporate site, $30,000 to $95,000; an online store with catalog, cart and payments, $60,000 to $250,000. A custom web app starts at $120,000.
Below the low end you are almost always buying a template with your logo on it — sometimes that is exactly what you need, but you should be told. The full breakdown, including what is rarely included, is in this article.
How long does a project take?
A landing page, two to three weeks. A chatbot connected to your systems, four to eight. A full platform like MediCita, three to eight months.
The factor that moves the needle most isn't the code: it's how organized your information is and how fast questions get answered on your end.
What do I need to connect a chatbot to the official WhatsApp API?
Five things: a Meta Business account with a verified company, a phone number not active in the WhatsApp Business app, a website whose name and domain match your documents, a published privacy notice — required in Mexico under the LFPDPPP — and someone to connect the API to your operation.
The technical side takes one to three weeks. Verification depends on Meta and on how tidy your paperwork is: it can clear in days or take two weeks of back and forth. Step by step in this guide.
Can I start small before committing to a full project?
Yes. The AI Buffet starts at USD $300 per service per month and drops to $200 when you pick five or more. It covers contained pieces like an AI landing page, a custom chatbot or an n8n automation.
It is the most common door: start with one service, see whether the return shows up, and decide from there whether a fixed-scope project is worth it.
Do my processes need to be organized before automating?
It helps a lot, but it is not a requirement. The rule we use is 400 minutes: if a repetitive task eats more than 400 minutes a month — about seven hours — automating it almost always pays for itself. Below that, waiting is usually the better call.
What you do need is a task with clear rules. A process everyone does differently cannot be automated: it gets defined first, and that happens during discovery. The seven processes with the best return are in this article.
Who owns the code?
You do, once paid off. Repository, service accounts, and database are under your company's name from the start of the project, not at the end.
It's a deliberate stance: if you ever decide to work with someone else, we don't want the cost of leaving to be starting from zero. A provider that holds onto your access didn't sell you a solution, they rented you a dependency.
Do you use AI to code? Doesn't that lower quality?
We use it throughout the whole process, and it's exactly what lets us charge what we charge and deliver when we deliver.
Quality isn't defined by the tool but by the review. Everything that ships goes through testing and human review before touching production. AI writes fast; deciding what gets built and verifying it's right is still human work.
Do you provide maintenance afterward?
Yes, and it's optional. Every project includes a warranty period covering our own errors at no extra cost.
After that you can contract a maintenance and improvements retainer, or take it in-house with your own team. We deliver documentation with that second case in mind, not just the first.
Which process is stealing your hours?
Describe what's done by hand today and we'll tell you if it's worth automating, how much it would cost, and how many months it pays for itself in. If the answer is that it's not worth it yet, we'll tell you that too.
We also do this
A project almost always touches more than one. If you don't know where to start, write to us and we'll figure it out together.
